We are situated in the culturally diverse City of Monash.  It is a City of 81.5 square kilometres and is home to over 180,000 people.

Of these people, 45% were born overseas and hail from 45 different countries.

There are over 110,000 jobs provided by businesses in the area, covering a diverse range of expertise from big-business corporate, industrial, research and education, to a myriad of small businesses in every industry imaginable.

Our area is a recognised destination for education.  Monash University’s Clayton Campus enrols approximately 25,000 students, and there are 27 primary and 9 secondary state-based schools.  These are found alongside prominent private education organisations such as Avila, Emmaus, Caulfield Grammar, Wesley, Salesian and Mazenod Colleges.

As a culturally-aware community, our area operates the renowned Monash Gallery of Art.  There are 6 public library branches, and Monash hosts a full calendar of community art events, markets, cultural street and music festivals.

We are well serviced by a comprehensive public transport system encompassing rail services, and access to the city is also made simple with the Monash Freeway.  The Glen Waverley rail line terminates at one of our busiest hubs for shopping, entertainment and dining where you will find the Glen Shopping Centre, Kingsway strip and Century City Walk. You will also find private and state Primary and Secondary schools, plus many medical consultants nearby.

The area is a magnet for active pursuits, both outdoors and indoors.  Monash Council maintains over 125 parks and reserves.  The most well-known is Jells Park, which has over 9 kms of trails along with playgrounds, BBQ facilities and a café.  Many sporting clubs operate throughout the area and cover every active pursuit possible.  Plus there are three aquatic centres in Glen Waverley, Oakleigh and Clayton.

Over the past 10 years we have seen wide spread Capital Growth in all suburbs of the City Of Monash.  The City of Monash is prosperous and in high demand.  If you are buying a home to live in, or an investment property you will not be disappointed.  This is an outstanding area of Melbourne to live.

The council have released new plans that will see the vibrant restaurant precinct of Glen Waverley become a major attraction in Melbourne. This will attract even more overseas home buyers and investors.
